When a pharmacist rings in sick before opening, or a permanent role has been advertised for weeks with nobody suitable applying, the service still has to run.
Tell us who you need. We find suitable candidates, check them and send you their details, so you choose who starts. We recruit for community pharmacies, hospitals, nursing homes, GP practices and dental practices.

Our fees
- Posting a vacancy: free
- Locum and temporary cover: the professional's agreed hourly rate, plus a 25% agency charge on that rate and VAT on the charge
- Permanent hires: 10% of the successful candidate's gross annual salary, plus VAT
- Invoices payable within 7 days
We agree each professional's hourly rate individually and invoice you once for their hours plus our charge.

Are your professionals checked?
Yes. Depending on the role, we check professional registration, references, Garda vetting, right to work and ID.
What happens if the person can't make it?
We tell you as soon as we know, then look for a suitable replacement, subject to availability.
Can we ask for someone who knows our dispensing system?
Yes. Tell us which system you use when you send the role.
Do you fill permanent roles too?
Yes. Our fee for a permanent hire is 10% of the successful candidate's gross annual salary, plus VAT.
